Sales of the 2017 Nissan Armada will begin soon

    • Much of the growth in the segment in Q2 2016 was driven by a 52 percent growth in sales of the Ford Expedition, a remarkable performance for a car whose basic structure (and some of the sheetmetal) dates back to its introduction in 1996
    • Both Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban recovered from a fall in sales in the first quarter, and recorded an 8 percent and 6 percent growth in the second quarter, respectively
    • Sales of the old Nissan Armada fell 38 percent in the second quarter, as consumers wait for the new model to come to market, allowing Toyota Sequoia to jump it in the standings
