Leapmotor is a Chinese EV brand (Chinese name Ling Pao), established in 2015, although production of their first vehicles didn’t start until 2020. Leapmotor doesn’t have its own production licence, so its vehicles are produced by Hangzhou Changjiang Automobile. This company has produced commercial buses since 1954.
