China auto sales statistics for Toyota only include the models that are locally produced in China through the FAW-Toyota and GAC-Toyota Joint Ventures with local manufacturing partners First Auto Works and Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., and excludes import models.

GAC builds the Camry (incl. Hybrid), C-HR, E’Z, Highlander, Levin (incl. Hybrid), Yaris L sedan and Yaris L hatchback for Toyota. FAW builds the Corolla, Corolla EX, Crown, Izoa, Land Cruiser (200), Prado, Prius, RAV4, Reiz, Vios sedan and Vios FS hatchback for the Japanese brand.
