Gonow Auto started making automobiles in 2003 and is a subsidiary of Guangzhou Automobile Group Co.(GAC), which also produces and markets the Changfeng and GAC-Trumpchi (sub-)brands in China and has manufacturing Joint Ventures with Fiat, Honda, Mitsubishi and Toyota.
