Dongfeng Motor, established in 1969 and headquartered in Wuhan (Hubei province) produces and markets cars under the Dongfeng, Dongfeng Fengguang, Dongfeng Fengshen (English name: Aeolus) and Dongfeng Fengxing  (sub-)brands and has manufacturing Joint Ventures with Honda, Kia, Nissan, PSA Peugeot-Citroën and Renault to produce cars under those brands, including Ciimo (Dongfeng-Honda), Infiniti and Venucia (Dongfeng-Nissan).

It is one of the “Big Four” state-owned Chinese automakers, together with SAIC Motor, Changan and FAW.
