Sales figures for the BYD Song Pro in China.
The Song Pro replaced the BYD Song in 2019. It is available with three powertrain choices: internal combustion engine, plug-in hybrid power system (named DM for Dual Motor) and all-electric drivetrain.
The electric Song Pro has a power output of 135kW (181hp) with a range of 502km and can charge 100km additional per 15-minutes. The PHEV/DM and petrol versions are powered by the same 1.5-liter turbo engine producing 118kW (158hp) and 245Nm of torque, with the plug-in version reaching a peak of 238kW (324hp) and 525Nm with a combined fuel consumption of 1.4 litre per 100km. In EV-only mode, the DM version will have a range of 81km.
Dimensions are 4.650/1.860/1.700mm, 5cm longer than the Song it replaces. Wheelbase of the Song Pro is 2.712mm, which is 52mm longer than the outgoing model.
Car sales statistics from China only include domestic production and exclude imported models.
