Here you will find annual car sales figures for Greece. These statistics are Total Market Volumes, which include passenger cars as well as light commercial vehicles (LCVs).

Since the late 1990s, the Greek car market has fluctuated between 60.000 and 320.000 annual sales. From a peak of over 310.000 sales in 2000 and again in 2004, the market at first slowly declined but started a four-year double digit losing streak, declining almost 80% between 2008 and 2012. From 2014 to 2019 car sales in Greece have recovered with double digit increases in the last three years, but they only broke the 100.000 sales milestone in 2018. LCV sales typically make up around 7% of total car sales in Greece.
