Since the early 2000s, the Estonian car market has fluctuated between 11.000 and 36.000 annual sales. The market peaked in 2007 at 35.500 sales before declining by more than 68,5% in the next two years, to a low of just over 11.000 sales. After being stable at that low level for one more year, Estonian car sales rebounded sharply in 2011 with an increase of 67% and another double digit increase in 2012. The market has notched up an 10-year long winning streak and has almost recovered to its peak levels. LCV sales typically made up 12,5% of total car sales in Estonia, but that figure has increased to around 14% in recent years and peaking at 16,5% in 2018.
